THEKKEN DISTILLERY – USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement covers Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds for Thekken Distillery Limited (“Thekken”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to all the terms below.

1. About Thekken

Thekken Distillery Limited is a New Zealand–registered company producing artisanal spirits inspired by South Indian heritage and crafted in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Use of this website indicates acceptance of these terms.

2. Legal Drinking Age

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to access this website, place orders, or purchase products.
Age verification may be requested upon delivery.

4. Orders & Payment

Prices are in NZD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order size, and courier rates.
By placing an order, you confirm:
Details are accurate
You are authorised to use the payment method
You accept responsibility for all charges
We may cancel orders in case of fraud, error, regulatory non-compliance, or pricing inaccuracies.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.
We do not store full card details; all data is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders processed in 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery:
NZ Urban: 2–5 business days
NZ Rural: 3–7 business days
International: varies
Risk passes to you once dispatched.
We are not liable for: incorrect addresses, courier delays, or customs clearance issues.
Couriers may require ID verification upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns only accepted if:
Product is faulty
Damaged in transit
Incorrect item supplied
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds processed to the original payment method.
No returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or promotional items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text, brand elements, product names) is owned by Thekken.
No reproduction, copying, or distribution without written permission.

8. Responsible Use

Products intended for responsible enjoyment.
You agree not to:
